Nairobi, Kenya

Hosted by ATLAS Network and Co-hosted by the African Students for Liberty, the Africa Liberty Forum took place in Nairobi, Kenya from the 22nd -23rd August 2019 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

This annual conference brought together an inspiring group of civil society leaders and amazing freedom champions who are committed to building inclusive prosperity on the African continent. These groups were invited to exchange ideas, share strategies and discuss the best ways to realize the vision of ATLAS where all people can thrive in a market economy under limited government and the rule of law. As one of the participants of the conference, a delegation made up of Fri Asanga Lehfune (Chief Operation Officer), Odette Dzemo Kibu (Health Policy Analyst_ Nkafu Policy Institute) and Ulrich D’Pola Kamdem (Economic Policy Analyst_ Nkafu Policy Institute)  represented the Denis and Lenora Foretia Foundation.

The gala Freedom Dinner of the conference celebrated heroes of the freedom movement and the principles that friends of Atlas Network are advancing worldwide.

The next Africa Liberty Forum is scheduled to take place in Accra-Ghana from 20th to 21st August 2020.
