Prof. Kelly Mua

Kelly Mua Kingsly is a Cameroonian finance expert, professor, and public sector leader with a distinguished career in financial governance and policy. Since 2016, he has served as Head of Finance Operations for the State at Cameroon’s Ministry of Finance. He has held key roles within international institutions, including as Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations and consultant to the African Development Bank. Kingsly is also an entrepreneur, having founded Prima Finance and Investment, and serving on the boards of Quantum Blockchain Technology and Definer. In addition, he is a board director at African Trade and Investment Development Insurance (ATIDI), censor at the Central Bank of Central African States (BEAC), and serves in advisory roles with COSUMAF and UNDP. As an academic, he teaches financial forensics and public policy at institutions such as Copperstone University and has lectured at Harvard, Leipzig, and Charisma Universities. He is the author of over 20 books and nearly 100 scholarly articles in the fields of finance, policy, and governance.
