Moctar Ibrahima

Ibrahima MOCTAR is an intern at the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Center (SBEC) of the Denis & Lenora Foretia Foundation. Prior to this, he served in the Asian Affairs and Cooperation Directorates of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the United Nations at the Ministry of External Relations of Cameroon. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with specialty in Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action; as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Financial Engineering, obtained respectively at the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) and the University of Yaoundé II-Soa. He strongly believes that the development of African States must necessarily go through the empowerment of political institutions and the valorization of local economies.
