Dr Vessah Mbouombouo Salim Ahmed

Mr Vessah Mbouombouo Salim Ahmed currently holds a PhD in Development Economics from the University of Yaoundé II-SOA. He holds a research Master II in Monetary and Banking Macroeconomics, and his research interests focus mainly on development economics. More specifically, he deals with issues relating to the quality of institutions, natural resources, energy poverty, statistical capacity, e-government and the structural transformation (industrialization, Global value chains participation and technological catch-up) of developing countries in general and African countries in particular. A Cameroonian researcher with a firm belief that African countries can emerge from precariousness, Dr Vessah Mbouombouo Salim Ahmed is the author of several scientific articles published in international journals.
