Pierre Yvan BELINGA MEKA is pursuing a PhD in Political Science, specializing in administration and public policy at the University of Yaoundé II. He is also a graduate of the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3. His areas of interest are governance, public action, digital, international organizations, social representations among others and in a multidisciplinary perspective. Prior to his internship at the Governance and Democracy Division, he conducted research at the Groupe Interdisciplinaire de Recherche en Science Politique (GIRSP) linked to the Centre de Recherche en Dynamique Administrative et Politique (CERDAP) at the University of Yaoundé 2. He is a member of the International Public Policy Association (IPPA) and a member of the executive board of the Association Camerounaise pour les Nations Unies (ACNU). He has presented scientific papers at four international conferences and is the author of two articles pending publication. Finally, he is a silver medalist of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Youth Merit Program of the United Kingdom.
